I went to this location to get my car repair, I went there today to pick up my car, the lady on the front with the red hair, was so rude to me because I told her to tell the mechanic that am in a rush, she told me that is non of her business, if I want I can live the shop, she told me to go back to my country that I should not be here, she is most racist person I have ever met in my life, no one is deserve to be treated like this. Don’t go this place. Don’t pretend like you don’t know what happened, I was the one that picked up the Nissan Altima. Check the receipt below Service: Body & Trim

Oscar and his wife own the business. They are as honest as the day is long. The shop does quality work, and doesn't try to get you to do more than is needed. Their prices are fair. I live 25 minutes away and there are plenty of repair places near me, but I won't take my cars anywhere else. I've been a customer for over 15 years. I have been taking my car for years to Chavez Auto and have always had a pleasant experience. They are honest and reasonable. I love how they explain and show you what your car needs to get you back on the road. I never feel like I have been taken advantage of. They are quick and friendly. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our company Bdry waterproofing just started taking some of our fleet trucks there and Andy has been excellent great customer service and let's us know exactly what is needed and his recommendations. He is honest and doesn't try to replace things that don't need to be like other places may try knowing they are fleet trucks.

First visit, met Oscar at Home Depot and told him what I needed. I had to visit his shop to see all the troubles with my truck. He was thorough and patient showing and explaining what he found and needed to be done. I knew the frame needed some fabrication work, done and looks great, considering how bad the rust was. My truck brakes are huge better, it's inspected and safe. Installed windshield, perfect.

Got my fuel line and serpentine belt replaced. They never once pushed to sell me anything I didn't need. The service was very friendly and reasonably priced.

I had always take my car to the Bob Bell car dealer service. One day I decided to look for a second opinion on a very expensive quote that I received from the dealer, and I was referred to taller Chavez, the owner Oscar was super nice, very informative, very fair and knowledgeable. They showed me what was wrong with my card. very affordable service, most important very honest not trying to sell you extra things. They are the best, and I trust them 100%. I had recommended them to family and friends.

Having my car painted at this place was a hectic experience, to say the least. I informed them 3 months ahead of time what exactly I wanted done to my car, and at the time, they said it wouldn't be a problem. Three months later when I took my car to get painted, they made it seem like the job was too big for them. I had to take my car back MULTIPLE times and it took them OVER 2 WEEKS, NOT ONE WEEK LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE, for them to complete the job. I repeatedly had to take my car back because it obviously wasn't completely painted. There were parts of the hood that weren't painted, as well as the rear bumper and spoiler. I also paid for ALL of the body work on the car to be completed as well, but there were still many visible dents on the top of the car. I told them I needed that fixed, and they told me they would not do it. The FIRST time I picked the car up after they told me that it was finished, the inside of the car was filthy! Paint was all over my backseat and dashboard. My passenger-side window had an usual layer of glue on it, which I still can't seem to take off. My headlights were scratched. They broke the shocks that hold my trunk open. These were just SOME of their faults that I had to find out on my own that they didn't even care to tell me about. So I told them that this is unnecessary and that they need to take care of all of this. So they take the car back, and they say it will be ready by tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I have to call THEM to find out when my car will be ready. They tell me that it will be ready the next day. I tell them, "OK." Tomorrow comes, I have to call THEM again, and they say the car is ready. Yup, you guessed it. When I went to go pick up the car, it STILL needed more work. The dents were still there and it still needed to be sanded and painted in specific areas. I told them AGAIN that this is unacceptable and this needs to be fixed once more. This is when the owner Oscar Chavez approaches me and rudely tells me that $3000 dollars isn't enough to cover all of the work on the car, EVEN THOUGH 3 months earlier they told me that a COMPLETE paint job would be NO MORE than $2600 dollars. He goes on to tell me that "I don't want anymore of your business or any of your friend's or family's business." I respond by telling him that you guys just need to do your job. So I will NEVER be back there. I highly do not recommend these guys for any type of work. They are shady and obviously only care about the money they make. Although Luis, the body guy, did a nice job overall painting the car, it only takes one apple to spoil the bunch.
