Decided to walk in for pedicure service and the staff greeted me immediately upon my arrival! Soon after the technician finished cleaning her area, she welcomed me to 3D and made me feel valued. Thanks “Nelly” for being professional and kind. Will definitely return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Young girl did my nails... had an attitude the entire time... had to be told that she missed spots when she filled the acrylic.. she did a horrible job on the polish... and 5 min after leaving my nail lifted right off... called and they said just come back... not going back to get horrible service.

I can’t really understand all the bad reviews. I got my nails done here on a whim and absolutely LOVED them! Hannah did my nails and she was super precise, didn’t rush, and was really nice when it came to fixing what I wanted. I usually don’t even like short nails but she did them really well. The only thing I would say is they do have a 3% surcharge on cards so make sure you pay in cash to get the discount. I’ll be going back for my fill ins :)

I’ve been going to 3D nails for 4 years now. I refuse to go anywhere else! My nail tech name is Johnny! He is the absolute best! I always wait for him no matter how long it takes. He always takes his time and makes sure I am satisfied! He does AMAZING pedicures. I am always relaxed in the setting at 3D nails so peaceful! I do recommend setting an appointment because they can get busy really quick but they are all definitely worth the wait! Below are just only a few pictures of Johnny’s work! Services: Foot massages, Nail art, Pedicure, Acrylic nails

This was my first visit to this salon and I had such an unprofessional experience that it has prompted me to write my first ever Google review here. I came in as a walk-in looking to get either a gel or dip powder manicure. I called earlier in the day to confirm that they offered dip powder manicures, and the lady I spoke to sounded sweet. When I arrived the salon appeared clean and there were COVID-19 safety certifications at each station. After hearing the prices for each service, I settled on a gel manicure, and needed a removal for the existing set of dip powder nails I had on. I had about a 25 minute wait, which was no problem at all since I was a walk-in appointment and everyone was busy, but as soon as I sat down for the removal there were SERIOUS issues: First, the table I sat at was dirty; I don’t believe the station was cleaned at all before I sat down. The man who serviced me had a lady client right before me, and since I was waiting for a bit across the room I just assumed that the station had been cleaned while I wasn’t paying attention. That should’ve been the first red flag, especially during a pandemic. The second issue was the removal service. In the many, many times I have gotten my nails done at a salon, typically when removing dip powder nails the tech will file the existing acrylic down and then soak your nails in acetone in either a bowl or with cotton balls and foil, so that the acrylic can be removed easily with minimal damage to the natural nail underneath. The man servicing me had one glove on, took a DIRTY pair of nail clippers (there was nail sediment all over the tool!) and proceeded to snap the corner of my nail in order to forcibly slide a USED acrylic tip underneath/in between the existing acrylic and my natural nail?! I was totally taken aback by this and honestly did not know how to react because I have never gotten my nails removed in this manner. I asked him if they used acetone to remove these kind of nails but I don’t think he understood what I was asking. He proceeded to continue removing the rest of my nails in a rather painful and careless manner. I winced repeatedly and pointed out that my nails were looking fragile. At this point my existing manicure was almost a month old and very grown out, I had already managed to remove 3-4 of them myself after they had chipped and I just wanted them off and leave as soon as possible, which now I realize was my mistake. At one point he removed the acrylic off my thumb and tore a deep hangnail in the process. My natural nails were left completely damaged and extremely thin; if I wanted to rip the acrylic off my nails I would’ve done it myself at home— the whole reason I went to a salon was so that I could get them removed properly. I opt for dip powder manicures so that I can grow my natural nails out, which takes weeks, and don’t have to resort to using fake tips, but I had to get them cut short because they were too fragile to be left long. None of the tools used appeared sanitary, so after the man was done filing my paper thin nails (which felt awful because they kept bending) I paid for the removal ($8) and left without getting the gel manicure because I could not trust the cleanliness of the salon. I honestly did not want to pay for the service at all but since I did not stop him right as he started the removal process I didn’t feel it would be worth arguing over. Maybe some of the other nail techs working there are more professional but I did not have a good experience with the one I had. Cleanliness and sanitation is the most important factor when it comes to any kind of salon and they definitely missed the mark in my opinion. I’ve virtually never had an issue with a nail salon or tech in the past and I feel bad for even writing this review but it felt necessary. Services: Manicure, Dip powder

Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job on basic nail polish pedicures for me and a friend. The menu for services was easy to understand and choose from. Nail Instruments were clean and removed from fresh, unopened packs. The owner was very lovely.
