My primary doctor ordered a back brace and I had to locate a local pharmacy that deals in medical equipment as well. I found Citizens pharmacy and verified that they did. Taylor (Citizens) called me and reviewed the order. He knew not only what information he did have but what he needed. From that point on he went significantly above and beyond to determine the proper brace (there were many versions). Communicated with me, with my doctor, with the brace provider. He e-mailed me pdf documents of the brace he recommended, how to use it, etc. He then spoke with me on the phone and guided me to the right size (since I apparently think I am thinner than I am). He was right on every count. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and thoroughly professional.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. All of the ladies and the pharmacists go above and beyond to make sure we get what we need. They have been extremely helpful when it has comes to prescriptions for a couple of our chihuahuas. I usually deal with Taylor and he is so patient when I ask a million questions. The personal service from this pharmacy is top notch. You really can't get this type of service from big name pharmacies.

I can’t begin to explain how blessed I am to have found a pharmacy that actually cares about the health and well-being of people like myself. Keith, the Pharmacy Director, takes the time to get to know you personally. He explained in detailed instructions to all of my questions . That is so hard to find in this fast paced world we live in. Thank you Citizens! Proud to be a paying customer.

The customer service here was amazing. They accommodated the need for me to help my mom shop for a new bp cuff. Because of this level of customer service I am considering switching medicine refills here. FYI it is a tad hard to find at first, but worth it. Go behind nursing home. It is in the rear of the building.

I wish I could give negative stars. I have spoken to pharmacist 3x about living and having a script in pa. We have been communicating since the beginning of june. He said as long as they're in network when we went over the medical equipment that I needed. Fibally got everything together and faxed over copies of everything 2x and heard nothing. Finally I called they stated that it's illegal to ship or fill prescriptions for medical equipment to pa (which isn't true), and also that they know do not deal with those products all of a sudden (which isnt true). After telling them that is not true the guy stated the owner said no (which also isnt true). Also he told me that he was the only person there then turned around and stated that everyone had just magically walked in the door within 2 minutes of our conversation and knew the situation. I was blatantly lied to and when I called their lies the guy just moved to the next one and refused to let me talk to anyone else. I told them I will report them to my insurance and better bussiness bureau and now they want to work with me. I will take my script elsewhere instead of dealing with them. After 3 weeks of back and forth to get everything in line and that's what I got. I am a medical professional and this is disgraceful.

Very helpful to clients and anyone walking in the pharmacy, pleasant atmosphere. the pharmacist is visible and he is very friendly .the receptionists are also very pleasant and supportive, their kindness shows that they are people persons

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the end of November 2018. It was days away from my husbands current insurance lapsing into Cobra coverage for one month before new insurance kicked in on January 1st. Obviously, with the diagnosis, comes prescriptions of all kinds from the pharmacy. We had no idea of co-pays, availability, how much of these supplies we were going to need or want to have on hand. Citizens Pharmacy has been a critical partner in helping get the care that my daughter requires for her diabetes. Pharmacy rep Josh is FANTASTIC. He helped me get a coupon for one of the meds when I mentioned that the co-pay was a bit high. They are also fantastic with keeping in touch with me when items arrive, when items need to be ordered, etc. We live in a town with a Walmart pharmacy, Target pharmacy, CVS, Rite-Aid, Weis pharmacy... all big name pharmacies. I will always choose Citizens over all of them due to the personal care I get from all of the members of staff. Thank you Citizens Pharmacy!
