My husband made the mistake of going to this subway instead of the one in Bryan’s Road again. Ordered off the subway app. They have gotten the order wrong every time. It is not hard to put things on bread. It is not hard to NOT toast the bread. It is not hard to make sure when you are done that the order is correct. But here, it is that hard. Skip this one and go to another location.

I love this subway that’s now close to my new house. The gentleman is very generous with ingredients and very patient and professional. He is friendly and makes your sub exactly as you have asked if not better

I love subway. And because it’s conveniently close I gotta keep reminding myself to go past there and to the location in Bryan’s Rd. The customer service is really bad. The male owner is very rude and very bitter I feel like when I go there it’s only towards me. Idn but I will not spend another dime here. This place needs new management or they may need to hire new folks and just stay at home. The wife is kind of rude as well but I think she feeds off of his energy or either she’s afraid of him. But the food is good. But not good enough to keep patronizing. Sorry not sorry.

The worst customer service ever. The man who serviced me was extremely rude and unwelcoming for the kind of job he has. There is no reason someone should be that rude, they need someone else working there. will never ever go to SUBWAY ever again..

The owner (male) is extremely rude and needs a course on customer service being that he is a business owner. The first time I came in, I swept his attitude under the rug thinking that maybe he was having a bad day, however the second time I visited this establishment, he was rude again (it’s only when you have questions) I will not come back to the Subway in Indian Head and will however drive a further distance to another one to avoid the rudeness. For those who work on the base or live in close vicinity, if customer service is important to you do not eat here.

I’ll give them three stars the food wasn’t bad nor was the service but our first experience was.. wow just wow 😳😳 I saw people complaining about the employees being a little less than enthusiastic and boy did we see why the employees are this way! I say this because on my husbands very first experience there, a random guy came in subway, went behind the counter and was all up in the employees face. He said the employee didn’t react to it in a negative way and continued working but omgggggg 😳😳😳😳 food was good but we won’t be back because our first experience was a bit frightening especially since he had our 10 month daughter with him...

I had several orders and they were correct. Our food was fresh. I always come for the chocolate chip cookies which are👌🏾Staff was polite. Location was clean. In addition, my coupons worked🙌🏾👏🏽

First time using app to order at this location no problems, second time they had to call because they were out of something ! no big deal, then EVERYTHING went down hill. The app stops working and when you say ok I'm here I will just go ahead and order it in person they have an attitude, and jack up prices with less meat. Order again with app, paid online ! money immediately comes out of bank account, go to pick up on time, " oh I'm sorry our system is down we didn't recieve your order" ok no problem here is my itemized receipt with exactly what was ordered how much it cost and what I paid. It says paid. Here's my banking app it has already come out of my account. NOPE. they wouldn't even make the sandwich with what I had because when you pay online apparently money goes to online and they have to wait for money so if I wanted my order I had to " call on line". When I call on line they say that that makes no since money is directly sent to branch upon placing order but they will send an email and they have 3 business days to rectify situation. NEVER MIND PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!. This morning decided give it another go and sent my sons to order and pick up breakfast for four. We are in walking distance. They come back sorry mom no yellow eggs today only white. Ummm ok fine we will just get that instead. They quickly return sorry only had one white egg. THEY COULDNT TELL YOU THIS WHEN THEY SAIDVTHEY NO LONGER HADYELLOW EGGS ONLY WHITE EGGS????SERIOUSLY!!!!! DONE!!!! I will not be returning, I will not waste my time, money or patients any longer on this location. I wouldn't even give 1 star but I had to in order to leave review. Just keep going. Pass this location there's plenty more not that far away.

This subway use to be amazing! Now, you’re not greeted, your sandwich is barely made, the husband and wife duo are rude and the “newer” lady that works with them during the day can’t seem to listen. I never have an issue at night when the shift change happens but during the day, it’s horrible.

I am one of the owners at 210 autos and we always came to this place and at food with my staff while we were renovatioing our whare house . today I was there and I hade my work clothes and some dust one my arms and face so I decided to clean my hands and face to eat my food clean and hygiene the guy with the name tag has ( kamal ) indian guy came knocked on the restroom door and said quick to me , I was very surprised at that moment then I get out to get my food he is yelling with his voice very loud that I can't use to much paper and kept talking and I argued with him then left very unprofessional and disgusting attitude towards a customer I guess know there is a limit to use paper to get your self hygiene before eating food . I really like subway but these guys are affecting subway and there reputation . it was a very unpleasant and disgusting experience. and I will adress to the management and headquarters of subway .
