S.T. lost my ATM ck deposit on Thursday. Now on Monday the branch says that they do not reconcile the ATM daily. Rather they settle multiday batches. They do not take the weekend into consideration. The teller advised me to start using the mobile app for ck deposits. So are we to assume that Suntrust Atm deposits won't be handled well? I can't pay my tax preparer due to this problem.
