while the company itself leaves much to be desired, the staff is absolutely incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind, my favorite bud tender Maddie helps me find the best cannabis for my specific needs. i have never experienced such a helpful and talented team in the cannabis industry. thanks to this team, i have found my perfect medicine.

Best dispensary I’ve found in the area! There is always a great selection of product with unbelievable sale prices and you can’t beat their staff! Everyone is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone I recommend verilife to loves it just as much as I do. It’s nice to know you’re going to get met with a smile and leave with top quality product without breaking the bank!

Megan ROCKS! I put a fairly large online order in, and for some unknown reason to me or the employees, it was denied. I made a quick call to the shop, and Megan answered. She took the time to check every item I had on the order, and then personally put the order back in for me so I didn't have to waste another 45 minutes looking through the pages to try and get my order back and straight. UPDATE AND CHANGED TO 5 STARS 7-19-22... Once Verilife changed the ordering system, the product starting getting better! As always the STAFF is the best around! Verilife is making it very difficult to be a Loyal Customer since switching from Euphoria Wellness. I have been purchasing from this location exclusively for 4 years and have become a VIP Customer. I absolutely LOVE the STAFF then and now. My issue is the inventory. When Verilife purchased Euphoria, they have since changed their points system when you cash in 1,000 points you get $25 off instead of $50. VIP entitles you to 15% off not 20%. This doesn't even bother me as much as others and isn't my complaint... but what concerns me is all the product that is no longer on the shelf. No more Rhythm, No more AIR PRO, No more Grassroots - these are just a few to name. The staff is frustrated and explains they are requesting the product and "Corporate" only inputs and they only receive about 25% of their requests. I so badly want to stay at this location... but it seems like every week more product has left the shelves. I used to come to this location once or twice a week and it was busy... now everytime I go, I feel like it's a ghost town. I beg Management to please get your inventory back... I so don't want to have to go to a new store :-( Thanks!

This dispensary was bought out and they no longer are honoring the rewards for their existing customers. Extreme penny-pinching behavior here. They could not do anything to help me resolve the situation. I spoke with a manager who was kind and apologetic about the situation but was powerless to do anything about it. I am a VIP member here and have spent tens of thousands of dollars and you are losing me as a customer now because of your extreme greed. Just honor the agreements you made.

I liked it in the beginning but then I found there are never any sales like other places. I also noticed the name has changed. I also think they are over priced on some strains, and my last purchase of an eighth was a little light. This place is very close to my house, yet I travel across town for better service, better variety, and discounts. On the other hand, this place has the best hours around, 9 to 9 everyday making it worth going to when other stores are closed.

This place sucks since it changed from Euphoria!!! Staff are horrible and think they can do no wrong after proving them wrong time and time again. They tried giving my husband someone else’s allotment because they brought up the wrong patient. We fought with them for 10 min in the drive through before going inside and having them tell us who they were looking at. They will add things to your bag WITHOUT telling you, charge you for it, then lie when you confront them about it. They argued with us saying they didn’t charge us, it was free. Then when showing her the receipt and math that I was charged for something I didn’t ask for or want, she got in a tizzy still lying saying she wasn’t gonna talk about it anymore. Since the change over, they hire too young, inexperienced and attitude ridden managers that shouldn’t be in these positions as they are the ones who are proven wrong time and time again. They are a waste of time and money here. Save yourself a massive headache, being charged for things you don’t know about, and possibly losing your allotment to someone else, find somewhere else to go.
