Went to this location this morning with the intention of adding my girlfriends phone line onto my plan and upgrading our devices. Billy was able to provide us with all the information we needed and get us both the phones we wanted absolutely effortlessly. The process to transfer the information on the phones was also smoother and faster than I’ve ever see before. overall great experience thanks to Billy

They were both knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly...even when set up wasn't proceeding as expected. Summer and Billy addressed every challenge faced (and there were a few out of anyone's control) so we were able to leave as very happy customers, with our new phones in hand. We visited this location to get a new phone for my father. The custom service was fantastic. Two gentlemen helped us through a very easy and timely process to get what we needed. We had a general conversation with the main gentleman that was helping us and it was refreshing to have such a welcoming employee to help us. This place will take care of you!

On 1/16/22 we ordered 3 new (upgraded) iPhones online through Verizon website. It turned out to be a complete nightmare as the online website & the various Verizon stores apparently CANNOT maintain proper inventory communications. This is unacceptable but that is another review. I went to this store to pick up 1 of the 3 phones ordered online. The other 2 were supposed to be at another local store, which turned out to not be available. One of the phones that was being replaced was unusable and needed a replacement that day. The entire replacement was quickly turning into a mess with Verizon online & the available phones. Multiple issues surrounded this mess. Allie was a lifesaver in terms of listening to my circumstances and she had 2 more phones in stock (although not quite what I wanted) but it was the next best option. She spent at least 2 hours helping me that day and getting things sorted. It required a few phone calls to Verizon. This whole process quite frankly was a nightmare & I have had an iPhone for decades and been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. Allie was literally the only bright lining that day. Customer service is a tough job but she did her job with excellence that day.

I have to admit my initial visit was not a stellar experience. However I addressed my concerns with Forest..who listened and was helpful. Since he was leaving he referred me to Billy the new Manager. My grandson and I went yesterday for him to get a new phone. Billy was absolutely FANTASTIC. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and amazing. We will most certainly keep going back for our Verizon needs.
