Even though I gave five stars, the first representative was terrible. But, after returning the second day to get phone actually set up, there were two representatives who took excellent care of me the day of the big storm with no internet as a hurtle. Way to work!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted. I had the best experience with Boost Mobile in person this week. Roxanna was such a sweetheart . She helped me. She was busy and swamped, but I NEVER got attitude- she moved swiftly and with detail (upgrade, putting on my screen protector). I briefly met the supervisor Catalina and the other associate whose name is Catalina as well. The manager was pleasant. Roxanna was a QUEEN. If I ever need to return- I hope she is there.

I went to a few Boost locations before I found a store I felt the employees were friendly and knowledgeable enough to interact with. This location definitely met my standards. But I didn't expect I'd need, or get the personalized attention concerning the disastrous situation I found myself in, with my old phone. Jessica, the store manager spent a few hours with me in order to direct info from my old phone to the new one - which would normally be a fairly normal routine, however, the screen on my phone was damaged (and getting worse by the minute) making it extremely difficult to maneuver and receive a signal. This made transfer of information near impossible. It took a LOT of PATIENCE and determination. And had Jessica not taken the time (lots of it!!), I would've lost precious memories (that I didn't download) and other important information. I'm not sure anyone else at any other store would've gone to such lengths to do! She deserves a medal! And while this location may not want to see my face again, lol, (actually they assured me they want to see me again), I definitely will be a returning customer. I should add that she has a good team who are also quite responsive and willing.

I had one the best experience at the store yesterday! The girls they’re so helpful. One girl shes really good with her iPhone knowledge that helped me with all my questions. Really good with patience’s. I came really angry because my iPhone wasn’t working. 20 min later my phone was acting perfect. Appreciate the girls at night they offered so many options but I wanted to keep my iPhone. She helped me even how to save my information if I ever get another iPhone. They don’t have yelped review or a boost mobile website review the girl sofia who helped told me to come here. I want to share my experience with sofia and her good work.

Less then a zero I went to the boost mobile store to buy a new phone. I was told I was eligible for a boost up. Phone financing exclusively for loyal Boost Mobile customers. I paid a $1 down payment & applicable taxes and pay it off in 18 simple monthly payments. I noticed the lady that was doing my activation asked me for my credit card and Drivers license so she can verified my info and take a payment. I saw her doing copies and I asked her what is she doing. She told me she needs to make copies for the store record. I thought it was strange because my credit card is personal information that no one shouldn’t have copies without my consent. I asked to speak to a manger and she told me she was the only manger in charge of the store. I’m not quite sure what’s her name but she had short light brown hair up to her shoulders and a birth mark on her face. I didn’t question anything because I was told I wasn’t going to be able to do my boost up if I didn’t allow copies of my info. I visit many boost mobile stores and they explained to me that they have never made copies to be able to do a boost up. I changed my card information but I decided to let everyone know to be more aware. I consider this fraud. This is not OK no store should keep credit card info.
