I have been with Aaron's for many many years . Everything I get ,I get from Aarons . I've had a few problems these past couple of year's and they were very helpful. And in the last 3+ months since the transferred managers the Pekin store has messed up my account so bad that I ended up paying late fees that I shouldn't of had to pay . I have asked repeatedly to get transferred to the Knoxville store since I live like 4 blocks from there . I'm told it's up to the regional manager . My question is why is it up to him I'm the customer that pays the account not the regional manager . I only stayed with Pekin for as long as I have is because not once did my account get messed up . But now it's messed up all the time . So if anyone can answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you have a great day .

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered with a company that I have worked with for purchasing something.The manager here is rude as well. I would highly suggest somewhere else to purchase or lease furniture from. They also harass you with phone calls constantly if you are even a day late on your payment. I have even told them when they called when i would call in to make my payment and they proceeded to tell me it wasn't going to work and continued to call me and my "references" twice a day til they got their money on the day we had arranged to pay them. Don't EVER do business with the company. Go somewhere else!!!!

Called about getting an Xbox, and I was told it would have to be ordered so it would take a week to get if they could not get it from another store. I went online and saw that they were having a special. The special was nice so I did all the paperwork and waited. This was about 7 days ago so I called to check on it. I was told my order was cancelled and I was refunded a few days before. I asked why and he said " uhh well it don't say" so basically I waited a week and you took my money and have not refunded me or given me a reason. Call national or rent a center. Do not deal with this!
