Vannessa is an exceptional stylist and knows exactly what to do for my crazy frizzy curly hair to tame it. I have never received so many compliments on my hair until I started going to her. She is also and exceptionally awesome and magical human which makes the whole experience much more fun and relaxing. The salon is always clean and professional and they have the best CBD products. I'll get to my stylist in a moment. I have only been coming to this location since April. This is my 3rd amazing visit. The staff at this salon are THE FRIENDLIEST. They all know me by name and make me feel so welcome. They offered to get me food as my visit was a long one. Thank you!! Now for my stylist-Mariana. I am jet black and she has taken me to the most beautiful ash blonde... ive NEVER been so pleased with any of my stylists before... and I've had many! She takes her time. She explains the processes, all the way down to waxing my eyebrows. She is, first and foremost, professional topped with friendly, funny and a good listener. I couldn't be luckier to have stumbled upon her! Thank you Mariana to you and your entire wonderful staff for making every visit so pleasant! I made an appointment, when I got there it wasn’t in the system despite my having 2 separate confirmations. I was scheduled for the next day with zero compensation. I returned the next day, the service was fine. I got foils and the stylist took her time. I don’t know what happened, but my hair faded after ONE wash. One. It was not a cheap service and my hair was extremely faded less than a week and one wash later. It may or may not be the fault of the stylist, but regardless, a disappointing end to an already frustrating situation. Unfortunately, I think I’ll go elsewhere. Service: Hair highlighting

I went there today hoping for a slight trim and I told the stylist multiple times but instead chopped off all my lengthy hair and left me with hair above my shoulder. I was so disappointed. I repeatedly told the stylist. Also she was very rough and rude with me. Also she cut my hair like she was rushing and just snipping everywhere and my hair looks very choppy. Hair cut on a 10 year old was just terrible and botchy. Went back to do a redo and was denied choosing a different stylist, I even said I was going to leave and have someone else fix it . The same stylist did the hair again ...it was slightly better. do not know why it was not done correctly the first time but does not matter you cannot expect someone who lacks skill to do better. Some unprofessional comments were made and I didnt want to be confrontational and make the hair cut worse. With that being said my brother complained of pain during the redo. I also asked if they could do the shape up better and was told told they can not "create a hair line". I will just have to take him to another experienced place next time. Sadly, I had to use this place because it was close to my house. how can a kids cut come out so screwed.
