I visited The Good Feet Store on August 15, 2022. The staff was amazing--very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a problem. They were very helpful, compassionate, and understanding. They helped me come up with a solution and for that I am grateful. I appreciate them. The Good Feet Store sells an exceptional product that allows customers to be pain free. Thank you for everything!

I didn’t have an initial good experience at this store, but the assistant manager reached out and apologized and offered to work with me regarding the small purchase I did make that wasn’t right for my mother. She was very kind and professional so I feel hopeful no one else will have a similar experience to me. I still suggest doing research regarding their products and prices in advance so you know what to expect before you arrive for your appointment.

I went to the Good Feet Store because of my Achilles tendinitis and my wife’s recommendation (she has the arch support too). I felt the change the support gave me right away. My heel doesn’t feel tight anymore. I, also, was told I had wide feet and the change in the shoe made a big impact. Thank you to Julia-Marie for the excellent service. I can only recommend the Good Feet Store.

The store staff was friendly and the store was clean and comfortable. The associate that help explained how the system works and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase anything. Looking forward to a long relationship as we get my feet working properly, knees and hips.😊

If I was able to give a negative rating, I would. This is a one size fits all, cookie cutter (hope it works for your feet) type of fit at custom fit pricing. I was told that if it did not work, I had 60 days to return. When I went back within n that timer period, they stated that I could only receive store credit. I was scammed to the tune of $1,300.00. The inserts twisted my ankles and they are still not the same. It has been about 6 months since I ceased wearing them. I have since gone to a podiatrist and am being fitted for custom inserts. Do not be scammed!!!!!!!

I went to the Good Feet store because I had symptoms of plantar fasciitis. Nice store and good service, I did buy the inserts, and they do help, but I'm having second thoughts. I should have done more research, it's hard to justify paying $1,300 for 6 molded pieces of plastic and some foam pads. Like I said I should have done my homework... since my purchase I have found much less expensive options. When I called ahead of time to talk about their product, I asked what the price was and they would not tell me that over the phone, I had to come into the store... Now I know why they have that policy. I'm not complaining about the product, it does work for me.. just think it's quite overpriced.

I was waited on right away. The sales rep explained the process clearly. She then took an impression of my feet, showed me the problem areas and explained how their orthotics are designed to correct the issues I had. She then brought out a pair of shoes, inserted one of the orthopedic arches and then had me walk around the store. For the first time in five months my foot pain was gone. I highly recommend the Good Feet store and their products .

I'm puzzled by these 5-star reviews for insanely overpriced off-the-shelf, non-custom, bone-hard inserts. $1,300??? No returns??? Felt like a scam. My esteemed doctor told me to chuck them -- and gave me gel-filled inserts under $30 that worked.

Visited the Good Feet store yesterday and was blown away. My feet have never felt better. The staff was amazing, Patient, and welcoming. I cannot thank Julia enough for her assistance. I can definitely see myself being a long term customer. Definitely worth the price paid for the custom orthotics. Thank you for everything!

I have suffered from lower back and hip pain for over 30 years. Spent $1000 and countless hours with doctors to no real avail. Yesterday I visited the Good Feet store and for the first time had hope for an improved quality of life. I can not wait to see just how far my new inserts will take me down the road to a painless life.
