Would be a zero... Definitely go to the Southside Burger King. I ordered a deal 2 breakfast sandwiches two hash browns and two small coffees. I did not want coffee. Every other Burger King let me get a small soda instead, but not this one.....🤔 So I said just give me one small soda in place of both coffees. To which she ( the manager) says you get coffee that's it! To which I replied keep your coffee and charge me for a small soda then. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP OFFS! TO THE FLAMING DEPTHS OF BK'S GRILL WITH YA!!!!! 😜

If it wasn't for Jeffrey, the manager, this BK would have gotten a 1star! I can never seem to get a HOT sandwich from any Burger King restaurant. Jeffrey has a terrific personality and he is a 🔥 dude, but I still can't say the same thing about the Whopper sandwich!!! 🤷🏼♂️🍔 🤔

My girlfriend and I were traveling through on the way back from Ocean City and we just wanted some water. They charged us for two breakfast sides and we got two waters. I wouldn’t mind paying a few cents like McDonald’s does, but paying for a whole breakfast side and getting some water seems ridiculous. Staff was also impolite. Waters free where I live.

Just paid $8.00 for a ham, egg and cheese crossiant. That had 1 thin slice of ham and what looked like half of a folded egg on it. Tried this Burger King because the 1 near me is always a hit or miss. But will definitely not be back to this 1. Also my Vanilla Iced Coffee tasted like a cup of Vanilla Stevia. I did take it back and received a refund.

I'm not giving 5 stars for their app since this store didn't honor it, but I definitely for their manager service. I went back last night because I didn't see my cheese on sandwich the girl in winder didnt help but the Spanish lady who I think was the manager showed me the cheese I apologize and was willing to take it back and she said no I'm going to redue your whole order. I couldn't believe it. I was very happy with her treatment of me even though I was wrong

I got 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning and took 1 look at them and immediately threw them back in the bag. They literally looked and smelled so disgusting i couldn’t believe it. I would rather let someone with covid cough right in my mouth. UNREAL.

Manager said they couldnt honor coupon on BK app. The app coupon was less than the store. Her explanation was because it wasnt in their system. Very impolite
