This is the closest Dunkin to my house & I used to like it but truthfully the manager, Maria, has poor customer service skills so I will have to go to another one going forward. About a month ago I ordered 2 donuts (of different varieties) on the app for my son & after LEAVING the parking lot had to turn around because they gave me 2 of the same donuts! This made me late but the kicker is that Maria actually pulled one of the donuts out of the bag & threw it in the trash right in front of me! What ever happened to "keep it for your trouble?" Rude! Today was the last straw though, I ordered a LARGE iced beverage with oatmilk & had to remind her of the oatmilk a second time to ensure she charged me correctly..I was using a free beverage reward & paid the 53 cents for the oatmilk. She walks over with a medium beverage & I say "I ordered a large" She replied with "I only charged you for a medium." I said "I used a free beverage reward & I ALWAYS GET A LARGE!" I really do only get large iced drinks from there because for less than 30 cents more it ensures you don't get a cup of ice. She remade the beverage with an attitude & didn't even apologize for her mistake..tried to make me feel like I ordered wrong when I order the SAME thing always & half the time I order it with her. I won't go back to this location now..at least for a long while. **It's also worth noting that their donuts are tiny & hard as hockey pucks. I think they let them sit out & get stale overnight (especially the frosted ones.) Gross!

Very good selection of doughnuts & drinks. I couldn't find what i was looking for & they gave me good suggestions & explained drinks to me. Gave me a bag w/ handles to carry my goodies back to my hotel when i asked. Great customer service! Parking: Busy place but good parking

Never a disappointment with this gentleman, no matter what time in the overnight hour, Tom always greets my fiancé and I with a smile and takes care to get our order done correctly! I wish we had more people like this on our device industry!

They need to check their bagels more often. Ordered a bagel and went to work. Only to not be able to bite into the bagel. I wear braces, my teeth are sensitive. But that bagel is not edible, very very hard and stale. Now I have no breakfast, very disappointing! Won’t be ordering again.

Rude and prejudice staff, which was sad because the staff was of Indian descent. I ordered from my app, which I always do, went in to pick up my order and asked for cheese to be added to my croissant. I was told I could not use my app to pay, which I have done at numerous D&Ds around the country. The manager Tried to over charge me for a slice of cheese and then forgot my cream cheese for my bagel. A stranger was nice enough to give me the change for the added cheese so I didn’t have to go to my car. The coffee was terrible. It was overall a terrible experience. Do much better! Your service sucks!
