Used this place for storage for the august 31/ sept 1 move and received a ladder unit. Service was good but quality is bad. The ladder units have a gate as a roof and are not properly enclosed. I got pests from keeping my items in storage. I had to throw away a lot of my items and the door to the “climate controlled” unit was always open. This let a lot of pests inside. I will not be using these units again.

ValueIt has great customer service! The facility is very clean. They have great climate controlled spaces and a very accessible loading dock for our moving van. Great prices as well!

Service is great, quick, and easy. Prices are fair and the facility is great quality overall. I’ve been using this place for my storage needs off and on for years and it just seems to get better with age. Shout out to Joe for the great experience and fun chats about musicals!

The staff member I talked to over the phone was great. But the location manager never called to confirm my reservation and explain what the mandatory insurance cost. Between that and the admin fee, I was going to be paying more in secondary fees than in actual rent. Turned out to not be a good short-term solution.
