I have been a customers of theirs for 17 years. Couple weeks ago, I found 4 fraudulant charges on my debit card. I called to make a claim but could not on 2 of them because they were still processing. So I processed two of them and then filed a different claim when the other two processed. They reimbursed for the first claim but turned the other down. No explanation, just turned it down. So now I have to wait to see if they actually call me back to explain. All the while, I have had to wait on hold for over a half hour everytime I want to talk with someone. As soon as this is done, you can be sure I am going to close my account and open one elsewhere. Truly awful customer sevice.

I love this location! The staff here are so professional and always helpful. I’ve had to deal with the manger a few times and she had always gone to infinity and beyond.

They open at 10 I showed up cause I was having trouble with my card (they shut it off because of fraud which I was unaware I didn't receive any email alerting me) I am thankful they protected my account however I needed my money for gas on the way to work I showed up 5-10 mins before they opened and there was staff sitting there on their phones when I addressed asking if they could please help me as I did not want to be late for work, again this was completely un expected that i would have to go into a branch on my way too work...they told me we don't open until 10..i mean let's be real unless it's against protocol for you to clock in a few mins early to help a customer rather than just sitting on your phone I don't see why they couldnt... just very disappointed with this specific location although I do love citizens.
