Cargo van was new and the service professional and helpful. You read a lot about how bad of an experience people have with rentals but ours was just the opposite. Thank you Braintree Penske for helping to make a cross country trip a fun and memorable experience with my daughter. I was kind of sad to return the van and would have liked to gone farther and whoever says that! You are awesome!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! The guys there were incredibly helpful ! I had trouble getting my car off the trailer and they took the time to guide me down the ramp. One guy even stayed late to help us out . We are so grateful, the customer service was amazing . I wish I got their names so we could give them special shout outs.

We used Penske on a long haul one way from Texas to Massachusetts. The van was well maintained and worked well. We checked the fluids before leaving and saw everything in order too. The company called enroute to make sure everything was OK. We highly recommend Penske!

Just the absolute best experience renting a truck here. I needed a truck several times over a few weeks and in every instance, every visit I felt like I was getting treated like family. My main contact was Antonio and he took care of everything like I was an old friend. What a deference having such a positive experance can make when your going through a stressful move. Oh ya, just get the insurance. Consider it part of the rental cost and it's so worth the peace of mind. Brian

I cannot reach the office by phone to return confirmation call !!!! I finally reached a business I had already paid and made a reservation with by calling their commercial customer helplinebecause they do not support their residential customers after store by phone. Their representative told me that I had to take a truck instead of a van which is not the equipment I needed. Upon further discussion and dissatisfaction on my part after this cycle of having a truck substituted for a van twice by Penske because they told me, we cannot make a van magically appear for youthey are in high demand by Amazon and you will have to take the equipment we have on-site. after literally decades of renting commercial and residential vehicles from other companies such as Rider I have never had a problem like this. This is be due to the internet and Amazon existence and competition with residential customers. I finally asked for a supervisor when the reservation employee at commercial rentals told me he could not make a van magically appear. The supervisor luckily did not tell me she could not help me because she was in charge of commercial rentals. she went on to secure me I believe and we'll know tomorrow when I go for pick up a cargo van which is what I had is what I had reserved and discussed repeatedly with the Penske employees. I will have to drive 40 out of Boston to pick up this van, they did however give me a mileage cost reduction for the extra almost 2 hours I have to drive to pick up the van because they can't make one magically appear in the metro area. I am glad that somebody finally helped me but it took a couple hours on the phone it took me arguing with employee that told me he couldn't make one magically appear for me after I had made repeated reservations for that equipment, we will see tomorrow if Penske can provide a vehicle for a customer as they have contracted to do repeatedly and failed up to this point, tomorrow will tell.

I had a major issue at the beginning with the truck but they rectified it to my satisfaction. I drove it from Florida to Mass and the truck ran excellent. The staff was excellent. I highly recommend them

Great place to rent vans and trucks. Couldn’t find vans anywhere except here. The entire process was smooth and the customer service was excellent.
