I just joined my company's softball league and needed a bat, a glove, some cleats...everything, really. Without knowing if this would be a long term commitment, I don't want to drop a ton of cash. I found The Bench through Facebook Marketplace and, because it's around the corner from me and I liked the images provided, I decided to give a local business a try. First of all, the selection was impressive. The Bench has you covered, whether you're looking for adults' or kids' sizes, across multiple sports. I immediately found a bat that fit my needs, and Loreena (the owner) showed me a pair of pretty-much-new cleats, all at great prices. Although I was out of luck as far as mitts go, she assured me that she could track one down, in my size, at a price that fit my budget. She took my info and I walked out more excited for the upcoming season than I already was when I went in. A word or two about Loreena. Her knowledge had my head spinning. She knew all the right questions to ask me (even if I didn't have all the answers) and ensured that I left a satisfied customer. On top of that, she is active in the community she serves as a coach for youth leagues, a player, and a league organizer. Frankly, I'm glad she's in my town and I look forward to doing more business with her. I cannot recommend The Bench highly enough.
