What stood out to me the most was how thorough Vince was. Usually when dealing with popular cellular companies, my expectations are never high. We were setting up my new iPhone, and he took every step with caution and care just because he didn’t want to mess anything up for me. I’ve been to other Verizon stores where the exact opposite has happened….. Both RJ and Vince are super personable and reliable. 10/10

Dion at the East Bridgewater Verizon store is AWESOME. He is so good at his job. He is so patient and personable. He’s perfect for this job. He runs that store like a pro. I will recommend this store to everyone who has Verizon. Thank you Dion. I went in for a new screen protector yesterday and he remembered me. He also remembered the woman who came in after me by name. He is very good at his job. I wish more companies had customer service as good as this. Most don’t even compare.
