Garage-Great customer service, I had an emergency tire problem that I needed fixed. Originally I thought I was going to have to make an appointment for 3 days out due to power failure in the area. But Joe came in & asked if I'd leave my car & he'd get to it when a lift became available. It was done in early afternoon & I was able to make an important meeting that evening. I'm bringing all my car work to Joe's from now on! PJB

Nobody was wearing masks. Went for an inspection and none of the employees were wearing anything like a mask (e.g. face shields), nor were there discarded masks around. The service was efficient and the staff friendly, but failing to wear masks during a pandemic shows such a cavalier attitude towards the lives of others that there is no way I'd ever be able to trust them.

went for an inspection sticker 2 weeks ago, failed for a inner and outer tire rod. Brought my car to family friend whos a mechanic who replaced both the tire rods he (joe) had an issue with, keep in mind i already had both outer tire rods done 4 months prior. Went back in today after having the repairs done and he failed me for the other outer tire rod which he didnt have an issue for last week. in my opionion he failed me because i didnt give him the work. should be advertising mass state rejections. Guy is a rat fink scam artist.
