Showed up at 9:51 a woman had the door locked and standing at the door to let people out and make sure nobody else came in. Needed a few necessities and i work late and could not get them. I also do not drive so wont be able to go in the morning. Very upsetting.

The Pharmacy wait time is OUT OF CONTROL!!! No matter what day/time I go, it’s a minimum 1/2 hr wait. This needs to change!! Some of my medications I cannot do mail or delivery and waiting so long EVERY TIME is unacceptable!!! Do Better CVS. I’ve currently been in a drive thru line since 11:24, it’s 11:44 and there is still 2 cars in from of me.

TL;DR Save your time and money and go across the street to Walgreens or down the street to brooks. Considering they are by far the most expensive of the big 3, you'd think the service wouldn't be the worst. I was buying an item on sale for my elderly mother and since they were out of the sale item as usual, I asked them to substitute 2 if the smaller quantity which added up to the same size as the same item for that price. I was told by the supervisor? Asst manager? Whomever, that he "didn't feel like doing any complex math today." My guess is he couldn't if his life depended on it, but I asked him to check with a manager or someone at which point he walked away, I assumed to check... no, 15 minutes later I found him stocking shelves down an aisle, I asked about checking, and he literally just laughed, he did, he actually laughed and told me he wasn't doing it. I said I wanted the district managers number, he said I child call the store manager, who I knew wouldn't care either, so I said no, I wanted the DM. He wouldn't give it to me, so I eventually did get the number and what did the DM do? Besides not answer the phone? Had the store manager call me! Absolute disgrace. Clearly no one there cares at all. Go across the street to Walgreens or down the street to Brooks, but cvs is a hard pass.

Poor customer service. Uneducated staff. Older woman working the counter unhelpful and clueless about insurance.

It’s not terrible. Reasonably well-stocked and clean, but they are a bit overpriced. Sadly understaffed as well, which leads to long wait times.

Drive thru as per usual 25 min or so, if one's lucky there may be only 1 car but I usually see 3 or 4. Tonight it was 4.

I am Joel Sanon, I did a PCR test on january 14, 2022 because I had to travel. After the test they say that they were going to email me the result, three hours after I called them because they didn't send it, they put me on hold for 30 minutes, I called back to another department the employee was so rude and said you have to wait she's not in the office, I don't know what to do, I am running late for my flight. I don't recommend any body to go to that CVS because the employees are so rude. The person who did the test asnwer all my question like that: I don't know I am just working here.

I gave the lady 100.00 bill at the phamacy.The amount was 23.69 she told me she didn't have any change I said this cvs rite yes she said .so I laughed and the.people behind me laughed you do make change rite.what I told her I only had 4dolarrs my God they would put me in jail.

The Pharmacy is a HOT. MESS. The people working here are rude, dismissive, and disorganized, and they’re far more concerned with gossiping loudly with one another than about doing their work. It’s also quite telling that my review isn’t the first negative one regarding the Pharmacy staff. There’s another CVS Pharmacy a mile up the road, and a Walgreens across the street, so if you can avoid coming to this one, please do. EDIT: Bumped this up to two stars because the pharmacist was a sweetheart, but my review for the rest of the staff remains as is.

How rude of whomever is working the pharmacy there this morning.. I called and was placed on hold, gave my name and then was pit back on hold, then when they came back i didn't understand what they said, so i asked what was said and they hung up. I called back and as i was on hold after the prompts, the phone was picked up then instantly hung up. Terrible customer service.
