Had a great massage here by Alex. She was kind and professional and ready for me right when I arrived. Checking in was easy, just filled out a quick form and she showed me to my room. Over my life, I’ve had hundreds of different massage therapists and countless more massages. Alex was a great therapist, had firm and consistent pressure and adjusted to a request quickly to go a bit deeper, and she maintained the pressure the rest of the massage. Many therapists fluctuate from pressure that is “just right” and then go too soft or too deep, and then back again. Not the story with Alex! She had great technique and good pressure. She did not “over-use” the oils, but never let my skin get dry or pulled. I didn’t leave feeling like an oily mess, which was nice...I just carried back on with my day. It’s now a few hours later and I’ve had a busy afternoon and still feel great! If I can, I’ll get back to see Alex again before I leave town from my trip.

Wow! Alex Rose is attentive and knowledgeable, offering strong hands when needed (and desired) as well as a soft gentle touch that soothes into deep relaxation. I have had regular massages with Alex recently and each has been a unique experience according to what my body needs, yet consistent in regard to quality and attention to detail. As a mental health professional I understand the connection between mental and physical health and absolutely feel the difference in my body and mind. I have benefited greatly through my work with Alex!

Alex Rose is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is attentive to your issues, will customize the massage based on your individual needs and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for whatever you may be looking for, whether it’s deep tissue to relieve tension or just time to relax your body. I will continue coming back to her as I feel the healthier difference in my muscles and joints both short and long-term and has made such a wonderful difference in how I feel!

I have had many massages in my lifetime and today I tried Natural Vibes for the first time, having met Alex just a couple weeks ago, I was looking for somebody local. Alex did an amazing job! She hit all the areas that needed work with her own special technique! Wonderful! I’ll be back!! Highly recommend her!!
