My fiance and I have been really debating about switching to a new storage unit because of how awful they have been. But my mind was changed as of today. Tom who is the assistant manager was amazing he was attentive and helpful and honestly it was nice to see a friendly face when for months it was ghost town when it came to employees/workers

STAY AWAY. The elevators are slow, if they’re even working. And when they’re broken, they don’t get fixed on weekends.. Never seems to be enough carts to move your belongs. The entire place is FILTHY. The floor is duct taped down so you don’t trip. My rates have hiked from $200 to 320?! I strongly suggest picking another storage facility. I’ve spent more time waiting for elevators and carts than actually moving..

today terrible experience in customer service today in Fall River … I came to pay for my monthly space and the attendant left me waiting outside the door for more than 8 minutes in the sun and looking at me, until the moment came when a customer dissatisfied with the situation came to open the door that only opens from the inside for me.. she says her name is Amanda

I've only had my unit for a year, and they've raised their rates more than 3x! They chased me down after I made a cal inquiring units and prices, they were relentless. I agreed on a unit and was told the first month would be free, get there and "those units aren't available" ok fine, I have a U-Haul outside full of stuff so I agree to another unit that was $130 a month, it's now close to $200 a month. Scammers! Be careful!!!

Easy to get info & rent online. The ladies at the facility are very kind, helpful, & hardworking. They’re always busy tending to the property but are very responsive when you need help with anything. The property itself is conveniently located.
