If you go in the store yourself to buy some products it’s fine enough but you never know what you’ll be able to come out with.(short supply isn’t their fault, but not sure how they go about ordering for store) The crew is good about testing water and help carrying products.That’s where it stops. If you need pool services - opening/closing/etc Hire Another Company!!! 1 month into the process and my pool is still not done being “opened”. If you can’t take it on, say so. If you don’t want the job, say so. Do Not string along clients telling them “we have you on for tomorrow.” “sorry about that, we’ll be there tomorrow.” “I apologize for this being put off, we have you in for tomorrow.” Just say you can’t do it! Precision out of Amesbury has been great.

I am so grateful for the employees at this pool company. I tried so hard to get my pool to look crystal clear like past years. The company I had for several years before did maintenance last year on my pool upgrades. Every since my pool was not the same and I spent a lot of money for their services. I lucked out for a referral from one of my friends for the Pool guys in Georgetown. Such nice people Jay, Casey and a big shout out to Steward who made my pool crystal clear! If you are looking for a pool company I recommend them you will be so happy! Thank you all again 😊

As a first time pool owner, I needed chemicals and I had no idea what to get. I found the Pool Guy in “search”, the website showed everything I could ever need for the pool so I took an empty water bottle and filled it with my (Georgetown) pool water. Brought it to the Pool Guy, they tested it and gave me a printout of what was/wasn’t in the water. Got everything I needed and happily went home to my pool! The prices were very reasonable! That made me even happier! Great service, friendly Pool Guy Personal, good prices! I’ll go back there for pool supplies as needed! Thanks Pool Guys!!!

I visited the Pool Guy on a Saturday morning to try and fix a leak on the motor to our pool. I have no experience with above ground pools and came in with only a picture and a dark video. Stuart knew what the issue was right away and offered to swing by and take a look later in the day. He was there within a few hours and boom, fixed it!!! Excellent service all around! The only people in the store wearing masks were customers. Not a single employee was wearing a mask and didn’t even make an effort to stay six feet away. Left and went to Leslie’s In Peabody where every single person in the store had a mask and were following the state guidelines

If you spend time outdoors in the back yard, you need to go here. Great products and great service. Check out the egg grills! One load of charcoal and they're warm all night, cool on the outside.
