The sales rep (whose name I belive is Steven) helped me look for a Sideview mirror but was unable to find one online. So he came out to my car and looked at my existing mirror and was able to show me how to reattach it so that it would work again. I followed his advice and it worked!!

Guys were helpful on the phone and when I arrived at the store. They charged my dead battery then checked to see if it was holding the charge and functioning properly. They did not charge for this - and when I tried to give the young man a $20 to thank them, he said thank you but not needed. The area lost power that afternoon so I couldn’t purchase the other things I need but will definitely be back this weekend to buy them and support this store.

Great experience! ~ I had several warning lights suddenly appear on my car's dash. Went to Advance Auto Parts and the guy at the desk came out and read the warning codes with their OBD-2 diagnostics FOR FREE. Found out it was a bad O2 sensor. (Got it fixed at a garage: no more warning lights). THANK YOU ADVANCE AUTO!

Big thanks to John and the other employee working tonight 2/3/21. I was stuck dead battery at Gloucester crossing. While waiting for help to jump my car, I called up advanced. They confirmed they had 3 options for a battery I needed. They discussed prices in comparison. Etc. I arrived. I purchased the battery, they helped me change the battery as I lacked the tools. And gave me a core charge for my old battery. Well educated and an asset to the store. - thanks again. Eric.

Was told they were ordering the parts I needed called the next day wS told they had my parts went there and they didn't have all them like I was told. The employee never ordered the part they didn't have In stock so I had to drive to a different store 25mins up the highway to get it!!! I'll recommend this store but make sure double check if they ordered your part if ordering is the case!!!

Soon as you walk into the door you are greeted an asked if need help finding anything. Very nice staff always will to help you find best part to fit your needs an in most cases help you install.

Courteous people working at this location but the only thing I didn't like was that I went in to return an item and they didn't ask me what card to put my return on and they applied it to someone else's . It's a commercial account so they applied it to the person's account that's on the paperwork not mine so I had to wait for them to fix it . At least I caught the mistake.
