Honestly this location is hit or miss... Bring back the Latinos.. They take pride in their job... Tonight I was at the second speaker box and was ignored... The employee took 3 cars and never addressed me to take my order... I had to drive up and order at the window.. They must not have liked this because I got burnt fries and only 1 burger patty in my double quarter pounder! Legit the worst crew they have was working tonight!!! Wed June 8th ~Monaselis

My car battery died in Gloucester so I bought a new battery from them. I asked the owner if he could help me replace the battery, which honestly is a big deal since they are not a mechanic. They just sell car parts. The owner drove up to where my car was parked, helped me replaced the battery, and didn't charge me a single penny. Super nice guy! Its things like these that you don't get anywhere else. ~Ihsan

The sales rep (whose name I belive is Steven) helped me look for a Sideview mirror but was unable to find one online. So he came out to my car and looked at my existing mirror and was able to show me how to reattach it so that it would work again. I followed his advice and it worked!! ~Vince

I'm not surprised that the negative comments are anonymously left... More than likely disgruntled ex employees or desperate competition. Fact of the matter is both Tony and Mark who manage the store and run commercial are extremely well rounded in automotive and both very good with customer service. The retail staffing is knowledgeable and if for some reason they don't know what you're asking for, they can always go to the commercial guys. Great inventory, and if its not there they can usually get it within a day. Highly recommended. ~Joseph

DF Clark does amazing work. They are very responsive, friendly and professional. I ordered an Ice Tea, was given ice coffee, 3 times!!! The last was ice Tea, mixed with Ice coffee. I think the young man used the same cup. Gross!. I asked for my money back and it took 20 minutes. Never go there. ~Annette

This is an excellent Petco. Store is big and clean with a very good variety of choices in almost everything. Tons of easy parking. I have also been to 2 vaccination clinics here in the last 4 weeks, my girl needed a booster for one of her vaccines the 2nd time. Both times it couldn't have gone any smoother. They send you a reminder text just before your appointment. They ask you to wait in your car and send another text when they are ready to see you. My dog is reactive to other dogs and they were great about that and asked any other customers with dogs to step aside for me, and put us in one of the empty aisles where it wouldn't be a problem. Both visits with the veterinarian and assistant were really wonderful and they couldn't have been sweeter and were very patient & loving with my dog who shakes & trembles terribly from fear when we see any vet. She has a regular vet, but the vaccinations are so much cheaper here than going to her regular vet and paying for an exam fee as well. She also got a Lyme vaccine ( horrible disease from tic bites) that they now offer here. She needed a booster 3 weeks later since it was her first Lyme vaccine. Now she can get one every year. As a former vet tech and dog groomer I highly recommend using this store if you need reasonably priced vaccines for your dog or cat. Great job Gloucester Petco! ~Lisa
