DF Clark does amazing work. They are very responsive, friendly and professional. They were more than helpful explaining the entire process of replacing our septic system and broke down complicated information into a way my family and I could understand the basics of how our new system would work and what things to look out for and pay attention to. This company was recommended to me by a friend. I called to get a quote. I expressed how urgent the situation. The receptionist was not helpful. I really felt like I was bothering her. I explained that I work in Boston and would like to see if they could pickup the plans. She said she would check and call me back. There was no return phone call. I called again and was treated poorly. I asked her why I did not hear from her. She said they were unable to pickup the plans. I said that would have been nice to know. She was curt and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Being in the business of septic, they should understand the urgency of the situation. I always like to spend my money locally but not with this company.

Great experience. I had to call them for "emergency service" on the day of our Christmas Party. The tech Bob responded within a few minutes of my call and was very helpful on the phone. Prior to coming here he outlined pricing for me, which seemed to be a issue for some other reviewers in the past. The tech was here within a hour of the call and unclogged & pumped our system with a few extra hours to spare before the party began.
