I've had my car is repaired after accident three times at this auto body shop. The staff has always been patient and willing to answer any questions. The work on my cars has always been very good. They're willing to explain the process and help me in any way I needed. Definitely recommend them

Do NOT take your car here. I (unfortunately) took my car here to have it repaired and painted after an accident. Al, the owner, ended up having the car painted without painting any sample panels to have me approve the color. It turned out to be the wrong color and he made every excuse in the book on how the lights in the shop made it look different, and the original color faded over time, and every other BS excuse you could think of so that he wouldn't have to repaint it. When he realized I wasn't happy with the color and I made every attempt to have him make it right, he would avoid my phone calls and emails. I would call almost every day and he was always mysteriously "busy" or "out for the day". I would send him emails with a list of questions and on the rare occasion when he would reply, it would be 1 or 2 sentences IN ALL CAPS (for some reason) and did not answer a majority of my questions. When I ended up taking my car to a reputable shop who worked with me to get the color perfect, they told me that his shop had used a ton of mismatched hardware, spacers, and tons of washers just to slap the car together and get it out the door. They also ended up reinstalling broken parts on the car when I had provided brand new replacement parts. The new shop had to completely redo all the work that Al's shop did. Bottom line is that they only care about money and getting the car out the door as fast as possible. Horrible communication, terrible customer service/communication, and awful workmanship. DO NOT take your car here if you care about it.

Was involved in a hit and run fender bender. My insurance company suggested AJ's. I called them they suggested that I use Hertz for a rental car because they would meet me there with the rental car which worked out perfect. The body work took three days. My car looked great. They cleaned it inside and out as well.

I have been happy with the work completed at AJ's the two times I have needed to have repairs made. The employees were friendly and informative. Work was completed promptly and looks great. I would definitely use this business again for auto body repair work.

I've gone to AJ's twice over the past 2 1/2 years. (I had the bad fortune of being rear-ended both times.) Both experiences couldn't have been better. Mike, who managed my visits, was great at communicating expectations with me. He was very knowledgeable about how the process worked, offered appropriate advice, and empowered me to ask the right questions. In both situations, my car came back looking good again--actually cleaner, too! For as annoying as getting read-ended a second time was, I'm glad that I knew to go to AJ's.

The final bill was right in line with the estimate and the car was finished much earlier than initially expected too. They are attentive and thorough and there were no unpleasant surprises. I would definitely go back to AJ's.
