Recently purchased an office chair from the Chicopee Staples. Matt was super helpful with my selection and explaining the options for assembly and warranty information. He made sure I got what I needed, assembled my chair quickly and called me for pick up. He also brought my chair out to the car for me. All around a very pleasant experience - it's so refreshing to go someplace and have such amazing service with a smile!! Thanks Matt!

I'm an artist who has printed out art at another Staples. It printed clean and on a large paper. I came in to this Chicopee location and was directed to these little printers. I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted to print out my art instead of offering me the quality printing on nice paper... she again referred me to the little cheap printers where I printed a cheap lo res copy.

Store was clean and we could find the item we were looking for. I was surprised that this store also had a selection of home goods like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

All u see it's all there employees on there cellphone and also as soon a lady came in the store all they was talking about her body and it shouldn't be like that talking about the customer and I also saw and heard when one of the employees call another employee fat the guys should have more respect for the customer and also to there employees

I go to Staples a few times a week to print shipping labels and they are absolutely amazing!!!! This Staples is the best one around. Ricky, Brittany, Misael and Kevin in the printing department are the nicest employees I've come across!! I definitely recommend coming here.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful to me on the morning of April 22, 2019. I needed to print a document from my phone and I didnt know how to do it. He showed me step by step. He was very calm as there were at least 5 other people waiting. He was extremely professional and patient. Staples need to get more help as he was bombarded with customers. I tjink je made a great impression though on those customers behind me!

Joel Perez (GM)first told me that they only hire young people not older people. IKR... and still I proceeded with their services anyway and was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service received and charged for express guarantee when I didn’t request express service and waited in line as a regular customer. I been doing business with Staples for years and once I have been dissatisfied with the service received today.
