I wanted to know if this place would be able to scan a QR code or barcode to accept an Amazon return. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Called 3 times no response the automated machine ended the call every time. The automated phone service is an ABOMINATION. Seriously I they deserve 0 stars. You can't speak to anyone or ask general questions without a 15 minute wait and going through at least 5 phone prompts where you ask for a human and it tells you it doesn't recognize that and then asks if you'd like to speak to a human representative. You say yes and it puts you through 2 more automated machines. What? Imagine you had 1 IQ and wanted to make it as challenging as possible for quick, simple questions to be asked. That's UPS!

This store was a bit busy however the wait wasn't long. Linda who helped was friendly and personable and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and my package which was a print I made, arrived well packed and not damaged at all. Great customer service is something you rarely see now a days but this store had it all and that's why I'm writing this review and Linda was great. Thank you for getting my painted print which was a gift delivered in perfect condition.

I called to ask how much to **pack and ship** an Xbox. They said about $17. So I drive across town, through afternoon Memorial Dr traffic and you know what the final cost actually was? $58! Yeah they were off by $41! I said you quoted me $17 and they're like nah that's just to pack it. Did you think I was going to ask you to pack it in a box for me and then I'm going to take it home?? Of course I want the SHIPPING cost too!!

My printed tracking labels were too faint when I went to check out. So the extremely nice employee let me run to my car to send over a new label even though the line was through the doors for the holidays. My anxiety and I appreciated her being so kind to get everything done smoothly.

Great people to deal with and friendly for a shipping company. The only problem was I’ve tried several times calling the direct store number and never answered it. The call would be dropped if no one answered. You can never talk to anyone at the store because it’s never answered by employees.
