This store was a bit busy however the wait wasn't long. Linda who helped was friendly and personable and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and my package which was a print I made, arrived well packed and not damaged at all. Great customer service is something you rarely see now a days but this store had it all and that's why I'm writing this review and Linda was great. Recently purchased an office chair from the Chicopee Staples. Matt was super helpful with my selection and explaining the options for assembly and warranty information. He made sure I got what I needed, assembled my chair quickly and called me for pick up. He also brought my chair out to the car for me.
