So let me start by saying my wife and I didn’t plan on refinancing twice in a little over a year. But with rates continuing to drop we were able to drop our interest rate by over 1% and reduce our loan term from 30 years down to 20 years. All this while still paying close to the same monthly mortgage payment. When we refinanced last year we used Rick Moore at Zenith Mortgage and the experience was top notch.
