Do not recommend this company at all. I purchased two headlights on (8/12) for a 2014 vw Touareg for $875. I was told each headlight would be well packaged and in two separate boxes taped together. When the items arrived 8/19 they were in one box with light packing material. Part of the headlights sticking through the box itself. I immediately open the box to find one of the headlight completely busted out on the backside. I call them 8/19 minutes after receiving to explain the issue. I was told I would receive a call back same day in 20 minutes or so. No one called back that day. I then reached out first thing Monday morning 8/22. Multiple calls no answer. An hour or so later a lady calls me back saying she would review the photos I sent Friday and get back to me. 4 hours later no call back. I then call again. She answers with an attitude as if I am an inconvenience. Her response is she talked to her boss and he was suppose to call me. What she says is basically they were not damaged when they were sent out and i need to file a claim with FedEx because they won’t do anything. I reach out to FedEx and they tell me it’s the sellers responsibility to file the claim as they have all the info. Great. So I submit photos anyways and the claim is denied the next day. FedEx states: “According to the pictures submitted regarding your shipment, we have determined that it was not adequately prepared or packed for safe transportation.” There statement is valid and the items were totally under packaged. All they would have needed to do was spend and extra few minutes to double box and properly wrap the item. It’s clear this company does not care what happens after they have their money. Absolutely the worst experience. Any reputable business would have reimbursed me immediately for the damaged headlight which is a result of their negligence and filed the claim with FedEx themselves. All I asked for was half of the $875 to cover the one damaged headlight. I have now filed a claim with my bank and they will be stepping in to recoup my money. They now ignore calls and will not answer. I expect no response or further assistance from this shady businesses but I will get my money back.

This was my first time using a cash for cars service and the process was so easy! Once I gave the make and model of my car, they gave me a quote and arranged a time for pickup. When Justin came to tow my car, he was very friendly and professional. He gave me the cash right away and I was happy to see the quote they gave me was honored. He even helped me take off my plates. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing customer service !!! 5 stars hands down. I was a little worried about a cash for car trade but I was all worth it and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I got more cash than expected for my 2003 Honda Civic. The driver Justin went out of his way to remove my plate for me which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Eldy’s to anyone looking for cash for their cars. You won’t be disappointed!

I gotta give this business a 5 star rating! Its hard to find a shop with good customer service and quality service usually you get one or the other but here you get both! Shout out to Justin for taking great car of me and getting me the right amount of cash for my car! Couldn't be more happier so definitely give this place a shot if you need cash for car, towing, ect. and want good service!

This place is great! Had a 2008 Nissan pathfinder I needed to trade in, they gave me alot more cash than I expected. It did take then 2 days to pickup the car but overall great experience.

Excellent customer service!!! I called a few of these Cash For Cars places and was so disappointed at the customer service.. So glad I called Eldy's Cash For Cars!! These people were so nice and caring and were so willing to help. They answered all of my questions and offered me WAY more money than the other places.. I would absolutely recommend calling them FIRST and skip all the games the other places try to play.

The process was super easy- I got a quote over the phone and within two hours there was a driver at my place, with the cash, to pick up the car.
