But that's only reason I don't give it more stars because of him the other employees are helpful an nice. Very disappointing that M2 released this years exclusive ornaments but with making several trips there to try and acquire ONE we’ve basically been told that they will never even make it to the floor bc the manager and employees are buying every single one. This promotion should have stated “exclusive to O Reilly employees” instead of making anyone else think they even had a chance of purchasing.

I like it because they have Motorcraft parts but I pretty much just use them because KOI closes too early. I always feel like they can't wait for me to leave and they just stare at me with their beady little eyes like they've already made up their minds that I'm gonna steal something.

******NO STARS*****they are very Rude (particularly the female assistant manager) and unprofessional! I ordered a part from this store to be delivered to another in town. No one informed the store to inform me, that the part “was not” put on the delivery truck. I put myself and my kids at risk to get to the store to get my part. The part was suppose to be delivered at 10 am at 12:30 pm I was waiting because the store was told it was on the way, but after all that waiting I just left and called back a few hours later only to be told it wasn’t even loaded! Just insane! This company is HORRIBLE!!!! My friend who was going to do the shop work I had to cancel and I lost a whole day to this madness! Don’t wast your time with O Reilly Auto

Great, knowledgeable employees! Clean store, always have what I need at prices better than "the guys across the street". The clincher for me: discount for veterans and active duty military. (Auto Zone doesn't offer that!)
