took over 20 minutes for my order (two freezes, no other food) to come out to my curbside pick up spot. October 5, 2022 So if you go here don't do dine in, go to the drive though and then go inside. Waited 20 minutes for a happy meal and a $3 deal and one person said they were waiting 40 minutes for their food, staff ignored me at the register because you cant add "mac sauce" for the item I wanted at the kiosk. The manager seems to only care about drive times and nothing else, staff works really hard though

The male manager is awful. I called to complain about how they left fries off my order after telling the lady 4 times in the drive through window a simple 10 piece meal with a small fries. When i called i asked for a manager. A male came to the phone. I asked for his name to log who i spoke to and he did not identify himself getting upset and asked for my name. I gave him my name and he still did not give me his. I asked why i could not have his name to log who is spoke to as i was not rude and did not cuss and he replied with "oh you aren't rude?" And hung up on me. I did nothing to deserve that. I simply wanted to know I was actually speaking with a manager. This was awful and I didn't get my full order. This man does not deserve to be a manager and should not be allowed to treat non hostile customers this way for simply asking for a name. Dont go to this location they disrespect customers. What happend McDonald's? Looks like no one from corporate reads these reviews or they would see this restaurant is declining in service. Thats so sad.

This is the cleanest,neatest,and friendliest McDonalds I've ever been too. And the Manager Cris was top notch and his team that worked last Thursday evening 👏 were wonderful.. Hard workers Thanks for the great service to me and my grandson.👍

Unfortunately most of the fast food orders that I pick up at the drive-thru window, are missing something. But not this one, everything was fine customer service was great the line moved really really quick.

They have have the lobby closed but there is clearly people in there. They told me to call the 1-800 number posted on the door but they have the number shut off. The guy who gave me the food has very VERY poor customer service. I tried to tell him the number is not working and he turned away and closed the door behind him.(skinny guy with glasses)

If your trying to wait 30 mins for a mobile order this is your location. If your in a hurry and go through the drive thru make sure to let them know you need ketchup cause they will make you wait to get ketchup or any sauce and have you move forward. This location also lacks customer service.

Stated they were not taking orders right now. Time 10:12 pm. 5/26/22. No explanation as to why. So we came to canes. Looks like this guy has to leave as well. Yup he just left.

Going through the drive-thru today and paid with cash. After giving the employee cash she said "thank you for the change". We started driving away realizing she was going to keep the change! I had to request my money back. She gave me my change but still shorted me my own money. I wonder if management is aware their employees are doing this.

They messed up 2 of my burgers when I made it clear I wanted no cheese on both. The receipt also says no cheese, and I found a hair in my burger. Than they forgot to give me my 2 apple pies. Their service is also unfriendly. Had their AirPods in and never smiled or said hi. Just gave me the food and closed the window. Never going there again.
