I would like to share my experience with this location in order to prevent others from being a victim of such an expereince as well. First of all, someone went to this T-mobile location and bought phones with a fake ID. I don’t understand how unprofessional and careless the workers at this location can be to sell their products so easily. Especially given that I live in an entirely different state so why would I go to another state to buy phones. There needs to be more strict verification rules to make sure that the people attempting to purchase anything, are who they really claim to be.

I visited the T-mobile store for purchasing a new phone. The staff over there is very friendly! Everyone knows their stuff very well. I wanted to buy a phone but at the moment I was not the authorized user, so they held the phone for me for 24 hours, which was very nice of them. They made the trade-in and purchase process very easy and smooth. Also they were so fun to be around with I had a very good experience here.
