I got my drink and I found this glass shark in my matcha and I was pleasantly surprised! I thibk it was an accident but I didn’t really mind!

Overall they’re great here, but I was waiting in line for a few mins due to the staff just talking. they clearly saw me but they decided to keep ignoring & be on their phone. Not great customer service! Or another time when I said never mind the snarky comments not needed.

Bradi at the drive-through window was absolutely lovely! While waiting for my coffee she asked me how my week was so far and we had a really lovely chat. Doesn’t often happen with my experiences in drive-throughs. Coffee was made correctly as well and was delicious! 1000% recommend the Toasted Vanilla Espresso! Great coffee and even greater service!

What irritates me is every single I go to this star bucks my drink is always made differently sometimes its really good then other times its horrible, I get when u get busy(I work in a coffee shop myself) u guys r in a rush but still someone orders a drink they should all be making it the same exact way its so annoying, plus u can tell when they try or they just don't care, there's a few girls that make my drink awesome then the others don't care, I just want my drink made the way its supposed to especially when they have a picture up and it doesn't come out like it... I always make my customers drinks with TLC, the way they order it is the way I picture how I would like made!

Typical Starbucks, no issues at this one. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms, not much else to add. Fast service but there wasn't much of a line anyway. Wish they'd do away with separate bathrooms for genders, they are identical inside.
