I met Sheila at an event I wasn’t even supposed to be at, she gave me a reading and I have never been so taken back. I can’t say I was entirely skeptical of mediumship before I met her but I certainly have never experienced a reading before. There was absolutely no way for her to know the specifics she shared with me that day about my past, my children, inside jokes between me and my (deceased) relatives. Truly disappointed I ordered a groupon well over a month ago and appts were booked out until 9/18 my appt was at 2PM I was finally contacted at 3 with an apology and request to reschedule. Here is the thing I have suffered an immense loss and have been trying to grieve this appointment meant a lot to me. No contact for that hour after after arranging my day made me literally cry because I had been looking forward to this meeting. After speaking to Sheila we rescheduled for today at 1:30PM I received a text last night I didn't see asking if it wanted 1:30 or 2 after verbally solidifying 1:30 appointment. I texted at 1PM about the appointment now it is 2:11 no contact via phone, no one signed into the Zoom link provided. Again I adjusted my entire day to be sitting at home at 1:30PM another day wasted. More then anything hurt and sad that a business where people are seeking clarity from passed loved ones its a little odd to blow off 2 appointments in a row. Cant speak for the exact services rendered considering I did not have that opportunity. But the professionalism is lacking especially for a service that cost over $100.
