Dian or whatever she called herself a manager for the place is THE WORST AND RUDEST person ever you can deal with. She refused to correct a wrong made item in the order rudely.The WORST experience ever in a Burger king. She said that doesn’t matter to go to McDonald's or any other food place, she doesn’t care!!! I don’t think We as a family will eat form burger king again because of the carelessness of the company and taking no actions towards this store manager regardless of many reviews online about her rudeness!! We will miss the food not the rude people Burger King hires.

very sad place. Out side was all in bad shape The men's room was dirty and had an odor.. The lunch area had a layer of dust on the windowsill Food ok but the clerk had no idea about any senior discount and the manager po pooed the idea

Horrible horrible customer service bad food avoid at all cost, they should really limit the amount of employees they have on shift I’ve never seen a line here and the people working shouldn’t be working here they never want to work.

Horrible Service. A bunch of Mexicans who don’t speak English. Very rude and disrespectful. If you want to get sick eat here. I ordered a large coke and chicken sandwich but got a cherry soda and burger. When I went back to get my correct food they told refused to give me correct food and drink. I will never go back!

Customer service was horrible. No greeting whatsoever. The woman who was taking my order copped an attitude and took off her headset and told me to "repeat". Associates were speaking Spanish(wish I have no problem with), but maybe you shouldn't speak badly about your customers when they are right in front of you and can understand what you're saying. No please, no thank you. Just tossed the food on the counter. No napkins, no have a nice day. No customer skills whatsoever.

The experience we just had going through the drive through was excellent! The woman helping us was just marvelous compared to other fast food workers we have experienced in other locations. Being courteous and smiling with a little small talk is something that goes a long way!

Not only did this Burger King close an hour before it was supposed to, its employees managed to screw up a two item order(which were the same exact thing) that was repeated three times. I tried calling to see if I could get a replacement or refund but no one bothered picking up the phone, so I drove back down only to find it closed early. Awesome. 0/10. Going back tomorrow to be the Karen I feel deep inside.

NO BEEF BURGERS R AWESOME! I pulled a fast one on my husband. We were both contemplating on 2 different burgers. I bought the 2 burgers and also bought the NO BEEF Burger. Cut them in half and gave him half NO BEEF Burger & 1/2 the burger he wanted. After he ate both of them I asked if he noticed a difference in the two. He said no why? I said because you just ate a NO BEEF hamberger! He had no clue, it does taste exactly like the regular burger. I couldn't believe it myself! I don't know how they do it, but they better keep on the menu forever!!
