Awesome sales, customer service, anf now they have EV chargers! Updated grocery aisles. Looks very organized. Love the store layout and the cleanliness. Just have to get used to it..lol. Love the rewards program with the ability to choose credit to groceries or gas rewards.

Real poor choice of workers they have chosen here. I guess they just hire anyone nowadays. I was walking into the store and this employee, on the larger side, was whispering to her friend and looking at me. It was very unprofessional and it was sad my daughter had to be exposed to bullying and trashy people at her age. Do better and reevaluate your employees.

I was walking into the store and this employee, on the larger side, was whispering to her friend and looking at me. It was very unprofessional and it was sad my daughter had to be exposed to bullying and trashy people at her age. Do better and reevaluate your employees.

I was always a happy customer here, but they no longer have express lines. The employees explained to me that it's to "encourage" people to use self check out. So, basically, their attitude is "do it yourself or wait." I went in last night and there were zero check out lines open. Not one single cashier on duty. The only option was self check out. The girl tending the self check out claimed she was the only employee in the store, which everyone knew was not true, because there were more employees visible in the parking lot and in other areas of the store. Not her fault, she was probably instructed to tell people that. Imagine being a young woman and being required to tell people that you are ALONE in the store at night? There was an elderly man waiting with a full carriage near the deserted check out lines. He told me he was unable to use self check out, but they told him there were no cashiers. He said he had been waiting for a long time. I asked the girl to call for the manager. She repeated she was alone in the store. I told here again to call for the manager. She called for him, and a clerk finally came in from the parking lot to open a register and check out the elderly man. A few minutes later, the manager appeared and claimed he had been in the bathroom. I know help is hard to find these days. But in this case, there were employees there, and they just didn't feel like waiting on the customers.

I just ran in for s'mores supplies. I happily saw them all in a few places. It must have been known that many would be making them this weekend I went here. Thank you Shaws.

The few times we've shopped here, it's always deserted. It's large, but seems like a cavernous warehouse, not very inviting. The prices are also a bit high. We much prefer shopping at the Shaw's in Medfield...much friendlier vibe, better staff and seems better stocked.

Bad experience today. A bag of our meat purchases didn't make it into our shopping cart. Probably customer behind us got the bag. We went back to store and picked out meat again. A pain.

Rarely do I have good experiences here...Moldy onions, and potatoes. Legit zero customer service. I'd rather not have to deal with cashiers who look at you walk up, then say absolutely nothing to you. And now I have to bag my own groceries? He let all of my items go to the end as if he had a bagger and did not bag a single item for me. I had to bag ALL of my groceries. Even after handing me my receipt he just stood there and looked at me as the couple behind had to wait as well. You might as well add self checkout....I'm already bagging everything and I wouldn't have to deal with people who have zero customer service.

Don't like the dance a customer must do to get coupons 'Just for U. Should offer same sales price without the hassle of adding to card. Otherwise a good store, with friendly, courteous employees and fair prices.

I prefer Shaw's over the competition in general, easier to navigate. The employees at this location gives it the 5 stars for me I don't hand them out unless something stands out more than most places. So saying that Tom and Polly at the deli are great!
