Basically all the best and interesting items from healthy foods from package items to great selection frozen items ice cream special flavor i got twice last year and this year pumpkin spice and produce too i.e. fruit veggies and alot of health supplements too

They have alot of items in a small store but the prices are way too high. It was my first time in the store and visiting from another state. Where I live we have many natural food stores. This is the only one in the area so they jack up all their prices by 30% or more. I paid alot more money for a 2.5 pound bag of Xylitol than expected.

For the past 18 years, this health store has been my go to anytime I come back home. If I’ve ever run out of a certain product prior to my departure, I always just wait until I’m back East and RE up here. The selection is fantastic, the staff is always super friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable. Absolutely a winner and they have done so well as a result...and I KNOW health food stores! 😂

A top notch health food store with all the vitamins and supplements, bulk food, fresh produce and dairy, bath & body products and vegan/vegetarian stuff you could want. The staff are good and generally knowledgeable. The exterior storefront looks a bit dated and generally underwhelming, but it's a good example of why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Fantastic natural health store! I stopped in the other day and this place has a great selection, the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and the quality if their products is second to none. I look forward to shopping here more often once I move to the area.

All natural products from vitamins to pet foods. Very helpful & knowledgable staff. They have everything from locally sourced vegetables & honey, to bath products & oils. Genuine organic comes at a price & they definitely mark up some products on the high side. Expensive, but they are community involved. They're always part of fund raising for animals & local shelters.
