I placed an order online for a beautiful flower arrangement for my mom who lost her dog. I placed the order on 11/16/22 and I called around 11AM (pacific coast) the next day which is about (2pm) The lady on the phone wasn’t very friendly and couldn’t provide an estimated time of arrival. My mom told me that they called around 4:07pm and said they couldn’t find her house and wouldn’t be back to deliver them until the next day with again no time! They left her a voice mail & she didn’t respond until they were closed. If an arrangement didn’t get delivered when it was supposed those flowers should be first priority again with a time! Please work on customer service

Darlington Florist did an outstanding job for my father-in-laws funeral. Flowers were fresh and beautiful, from the Gerber daisies, the roses and everything in between. My FIL loved flowers. He would have loved them all. Everything was on on-time for the wake. I loved seeing them all when we left the graveside. Thank you!

Placed my order at 9:30am for flowers to be delivered to my sister, and she texted me thanking me at 11am!! Super fast delivery! I had a question and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be recommending and will return again whenever I need flowers! Garlington is a lesser-known florist to the southcoast wedding community, but a long-time staple in the New Bedford area which should be considered for more weddings! (More cost-effective than most, too.) David’s work for my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and exactly on-par with my vision. Every detail from the beautiful bouquets to corsages to boutineers to stunning arbor to cake to centerpieces—it was all crafted with so much talent and care. It brought tears to my eyes! I’m so thankful I got to work with Garlington for my wedding, a florist my family has relied on for years.

Garlington has been the best local mom-and-pop flower shop for decades. They do beautiful arrangements and have a great variety of flowers to choose from, plus excellent customer service with that small town feel. You know they genuinely care about their customers and want to provide the best quality they can. It’s no wonder they’ve been in business as long as they have! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the New Bedford area!

got these for my mom as sympathy flowers. they came so quickly and she absolutely loved them. zero issues with delivery. flowers were beautiful. will definitely be using garlington florist again, but hopefully for a happier occasion!

I ordered online and picked up in store . Looks nothing like online picture, lots of open space , very Skimpy on flowers. You would think for $50 dollars you’d get a full arrangement. Disappointed. Don’t recommend ordering online .

As always Garlington Florist provided a beautiful arrangement! I have been using them for almost 40 years and I have never been disappointed! The delivery driver was also very nice! Keep up the good work! Thank you! Update......April 25, 2022.....Garlington's does it again! Beautiful arrangement delivered to my granddaughter today for her birthday! She looooves them....lol! Thank you for consistently making me happy with my choice in florist!

We had a vision of an anchor and ships wheel for my brother's memorial service. Dave was excellent to work with. Very helpful and really worked with me to make our vision come true. They did an excellent job on the flowers, and delivery.
