Twice it has happened now where their sign says they’re open until 10 PM on Saturdays, I get there around 7:45 PM and the door is locked and all the seats are stacked on top of the tables. Never coming back to this location again.

The worst Five Guys I have ever had. Fries were cold when they got to me and it was an extremely small amount of fries for a regular. They didn’t add any of the toppings I selected only the sauces. I ordered bacon cheeseburgers and there was no bacon.

Can't recommend this place enough. The manager and workers went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were two hours from home and dropped our keys down the storm drain outside of our car. They gave us free food and drinks and let us stay inside the store even after closing while we waited for our ride from two hours away. Honestly absolute angels and can't thank them enough, especially Tim. Thank you!!

Blown away by how good the meal was. I had only been to Five Guys once or twice previously and had not been in at least 4 or 5 years. First, the online ordering was simple and easy to use. That is critcal to the user experience. My order was completed in about 3 minutes. When I arrived, they were just finishing the fries and I got my order within 10 minutes of placing it online. The portions are huge! Lot of meat in the burgers which are nicely seasoned and well cooked. I added grilled onion and mushrooms, pickles, onions and hot sauce. Each topping was a nice portion and it all held together in the bun which is essential for a good burger. The fries are hand cut and nicely salted which is also a must. For 3 cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a 20% tip, my cost was $41. Less expensive than a restaurant and very high quality. Will definitely be returning!
