This is a reasonably nice Marshalls and, as the ads have said, my surprise is often waiting, but, darlings, I do not want your credit card. Almost none of us do. People use credit cards to acquire air miles, not more middling clothes.

Love that its close to home. Great selection for woman & teens, although mens & children's not so much to choose from. They never have shoes that fit my daughter nor any selection in men's jeans for my hubby.

Everybody has those days where they ate not quite in the moment. I had 2 items missing from a purchase made at the Reading Marshalls. I called and Amanda was quick to right the wrong. I will absolutely make this trip from Chelmsford to Reading again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Amanda needs a raise! ;)

I am a regular customer and I buy all my clothes from Marshalls. This is the first time that I am not going to feel comfortable because of Eilleen. Everybody else in the store was doing a great job except her. She is the kind of people that like to judge the book from its cover. Very bad customer service. I have never given a one start review to a Marshall’s and I think I will never do for another one. I think she is either the manager or the supervisor but I can see that everybody around her does not like her. I feel bad for them. Marshall’s has been always a fun place to work in.

Located next to Walmart in small shopping plaza, this Marshalls was similar to most of the other Marshalls that I have visited. There were inexpensive clothing and all sort of random items. In my last visit, I found some decent leather bound watch cases at a fair price.
