This has got to be the worst Taco Bell. I’d say 75% of the time the order is wrong. They once gave me a Mexican pizza sideways in the bag so it was a mound of mush. Do better.

People is great at this Taco Bell but management you need more staff badly at this location, waste my break every single time waiting for the food, get more ppl hired or close it.

I'm not sure why we opened another when both are SEVERELY understaffed. I've been in a few times and there is absolutely never a body there to greet me at the register and then you gotta wait. what was the point? u only get 2 cuz the staff you do have is personable and friendly

This new spot on 1A is so convenient. Less time in a waiting line. 9-8-22Went inside to order food today, nice and clean inside, the restroom was very clean. Although there were several night crew working preparing the food, They looked like they were totally Chaotic back there. They were also very slow and we're not giving attention to customers entering the establishment.

Drive thru sucks. Only will go inside to order. Don't know how to run a drive thru. Taking 10 minutes per car. Will drive to a different taco bell next time. Seems understaffed.

9/4/22 update. Just got two full-size sodas with no ice and they were warm and flat. How would you hand that out to anybody? Awesome job (Old post) i don't like randomly smash companies and give bad reviews I'd like to just give criticism in a healthy manner Taco Bell is always good but for some reason the one right down the street in the Walpole Mall is much more consistent, I've been to this newer Taco Bell around four times in each and three out of the four times I either got the wrong order (which didn't make me mad because most of the food is the same anyways) And then I also had some stale taco shells. So we're kind of four and 0 at this point. Still going to give it a few more chances before I start heading back to the other one down the street, I was happy to see this one open because it's more convenient for my lunch route, but I'd rather spend the extra 10 minutes to get the order right Other than that Taco Bell is always amazing when it's done right

Food is great for Taco Bell standards, but where this place shines is the staff. I've had more friendly conversations getting my food here than I do at any food place in the city. The managers (one named Mike I think) are very professional and welcoming, their staff are very diverse and incredibly nice. Will be coming back for that reason alone... pay them more

I tried the $5 breakfast special being advertised on TV. Everything tasted fresh minus the coffee which was disappointing. The coffee machine was broken. I was satisfied with it and would have it again. The grande toasted breakfast burrito wasn't given to me as a burrito but in the style of a quesadilla minus the cheese not sure why.

I ordered here especially late, less than an hour till close and the workers were still nice and friendly. The food was fresh and fine. I’m a fan of the Taco Bell app!

Says open til 2 am … this is 1 am. Cones blocking the drivethru entry. I’m a restaurant worker too and understand understaffing is a widespread problem in the restaurant industry since covid… but at least update your hours online because those looking for late night eats are left disappointed.
