Ordered food online for pickup and they closed the door when I came to pickup. They want me to come to driveway for pickup and I came here by walk. I went all the way around to pick up the order and they said , I should have a car to pick up the order. How I am supposed to get a car for my mobile pick up? Insane service . Very bad

This is the worst KFC I ever been. We ordered through DoorDash at 8.30pm and told us food was ready at 9pm but food was not even prepared when we got there. I don’t think staff there are well trained. We didn’t get food until 10pm. I choose to pick up cus I don’t want to wait here. Terrible experience here!

The food is alright same as all other KFC not worse or berrer. The drive thru staff though are definitely very polite. They do forget 9/10 × to give me my receipt though.

Me and my 2 friends went to KFC and they only gave us 1 side out of 2 in BOTH of our boxes, they gave us NO SAUCE evens tho we asked for some, AND they forgot mg Mountain Dew. 2/5. Popeyes is better.

Worst fast food experience I have had. The food was cold. The wait was very long, over 10mins. Felt ignored as a walk-in customer. Won’t come here again.

The worst attendant and the most incompetent. The attendant Rosalina is always arrogant and makes a bad service you make an order she charges you and doesn't deliver the order to you. She still lives screaming with colleagues. She should take an attendant and emotional intelligence course. And the Cook who comes in front yelling at the teenagers who are at the window. I think this place should Check up on the employees, they are all very stressed and make a lot of mistakes. Cooking is an act of love, not hate.

I bought a bucket with biscuits for delivery, but instead of giving me my biscuits they gave me a note, and then took the money anyways. Here is an awesome idea, next time when I order why don't you just take all the chicken out, and replace it with a note saying you are out of chicken? You will make more money that way. /s If you read the other reviews I am not the only one who has encountered this. The store is abusing the fact that you are unlikely to go back and argue since you ordered delivery, but that doesn't make this business practice okay. If there are no biscuits then give me something else, or give me a partial refund.

Kfc side is well, kfc. But since there's a taco bell side as well, the value at this store is over the roof which is why the 4 stars. Average food, good value to fill you up.
