Apology due - I have never accused anyone of theft, and only did so on this occasion out of certainty that something I treasured disappeared after a technician's visit. Just today I heard a rattling sound in an unused suitcase and... there was the silver necklace I had so mourned. It is impossible to say how it wound up there, but I am truly sorry for a serious mistake in laying the blame on others. I would have bet my life that it never left my bedside table, and want to apologize to the VP, Pres and especially the technician. Most sincerely, Judith

Rinnai Tankless on-demand hot water heater installed: I was so pleased with the service I received from FSi. Jason responded promptly to my request for an estimate and answered all my questions almost immediately. The plumber was careful and efficient. After the installation they checked in to make sure everything was working well. I love my new hot water heater, and am very happy with the price and the service. These guys are my new plumbers for sure!

After receiving a card in the mail about Water Softening and Reverse Osmosis systems available, I requested estimates. I dealt with Jason who was knowledgeable about these systems & explained their benefits. Living in a town, our water ,supplied from a well, during the last twenty years ,we've had to replace shower heads, coffee makers ,water heaters and a dishwasher after the damaging calcium in untreated well water. Within a few days we received an E-mail detailing the total costs for both systems, the price was below what I had anticipated, so I decided to go with both systems. Jason said he would get me a good price & kept his word. We got quick installation after we agreed on a price. Soon enough both systems were up and running ,we now enjoy the benefits of the both systems.

This company straight up sucks! Horrible customer service and no regard for new customers. Would give them 0 stars if I could! Total nightmare experience and would NOT reccomend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. No accountability and shady tactics, Very happy to have switched over to another oil company that will actually take care of my needs.

We have used FSI Oil for 16 years now and absolutely love them. They are reliable and courteous 100% of the time. We have a budget plan which works well for us and oil deliveries on a set schedule. If I notice the tank is getting lower that it should before the next delivery, I call them and they always deliver in a timely manner so that I don't run out of heating oil. If ever I need anything done, they will be the ones I call.

We've used FSi for many years now and the service is always timely, the service technicians personable, AND they leave the basement cleaner than it was before they came! In addition to providing our heating oil and annual maintainence, they installed a new water tank last fall which was an amazing improvement in our lives, all with the same quick and polite service. So rare to find these days!!

I want to thank your Service Technician "Travis". He did an outstanding job servicing our boiler after hours . He was very thorough and was able to analyze the problem and get us back up and running in short order. It is clear that he enjoys his position at FSI and he is certainly a great employee. It is wonderful to see a service technician that has a great attitude with an off shift call and carry himself in a professional manner.

I first encountered FSI when they installed a propane fireplace in my home. Over the years their service has been first rate, friendly and quick. On my last call for help the tech was here in 90 minutes, solved the problem quickly and showed me a "trick" to adjust the ambience of the fire. Bottom line, you call and they come. That's what you want from a service company.
