They removed two outside tables because of covid. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO RETURN THEM?!?!?! Because of selfish people who smoke or hog the tables that are there,I'm concerned about fist a cuffs RETURN THE TABLES!!!!!

This store has really gone downhill the past year. Coffee station seems to be completely abandoned. Nothing is in stock. Flavor shots? Out of stock. Coffee frappe machine? Out of order. Latte and cappuccino machine? Out of order. Milkshake machine? Out of order. Soft drinks? Taste horrible. Need a straw? Out of stock. Last time I went they even had cups out of stock. Nothing works and aost everything is out of stock. This store used to be so good now it's just disappointing.

This store is probably the dirtiest cumbies I've ever shopped at...not to mention the fact that I observed an employee there after being informed that all the coffee machines that were not empty( in which there were very few) , were all blinking red, which I am aware that this means the coffee is old and needs to be re-brewed...so I watch this individual just separate the pot from the sensor to trick the machine into thinking there was a new pot brewing, when in fact was just serving customers old, stale coffee...!? I tried to call him on this, but he ignored me and went into the back room. So lesson learned? Don't buy coffee from cumbies in Southbridge!!!

They do not have a chip reader, therefore the card has to be swiped. Welp turn around and walk away if your strip does not work because even if you've never had a problem with it you'll be turned away.

An amazing cumbies, definitely one of the better ones. It is brand new and it is extremely big. From my handful of encounters with the staff, they were all really nice and helpful and I definitely did not feel like they were unapproachable, love what they did with it

Great brand, but this locations coffee has been consistently sub-par and the counters are a mess and understocked. Great price on gas though, and their baked goods are delicious.
