Everything you want in a neighborhood hardware store. Helpful staff, decent selection of odds and ends, plus the best selection of fasteners I've found anywhere. Odd sizes? Metric? Fine thread? Stainless? They have them all.

I loathe this store. Made a total of 2 visits and never, ever will come again. Rude, pushy employees. They don't listen and argue with customers. Very limited selection of parts and what they have is unbelievably overpriced. They're lucky they are the only game in town, because they'd never survive competition. I'll be making the drive to Home Depot or Lowe's gladly.

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, high customer service staff. There's a surprisingly wide selection of many various hardware and home goods items. For example, a dozen different snow shovel options in the winter. They also provide many services, from knife sharpening to screen repair, and replacement electronic car keyless entry fobs. A great local alternative to the big box home improvement stores.
