Looking at the other reviewer's, I guess I am not the only paying customer that has been insulted publicly in this store by an employee. Mike seems to be the store manager, he is the rudest employee I have come across. I clipped the wrong coupon to my app and when I was at customer service trying to fix it, when I walked away, he verbally insulted me to, two other employees there. He was sure I was scamming the store, a store he sees me shopping at weekly, spending hundreds of my hard earned money- routinely. I will never understand why he would ever think I would wait in that long line for a 5$ coupon scam. Just so unfortunate I won't be able to shop there again, as they are directly across the street from me. I refuse to be insulted like that. This is the second incident I have encountered with him as well, the first time I let it go.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean. With that being said the self checkout is abysmal. Every 4-6 items you can bet your life savings that a error for "Someone will be with you" to scan their card will show up. It doesn't matter if you use the weigh scale or not. Its an absolute terrible design. Prices are also a bit higher when compared to other stores (ie. your Market Baskets, Wegmans at least in my opinion.) Also, sometimes even though there's a yellow discount price sticker when scanned I don't always get it. Not the end of the world but I know others that would be upset being put in the same situation.

Please save yourself the aggravation and headache and find another supermarket I can't even fathom coming to this place again after the experience and quality of service I have had. Number one buying produce from here half the time it is out of date. Walking in to buy juice saying that the dates were expired and they were still on the shelf enraged me, I called them out tans told them to remove it they gave me attitude as I walked away. What if I didn't look at the dates and bought it took it home drank it and got sick! these supermarkets need to be held responsible for their produce. When I went up to the hospitality manager to ask him why the milk dates were wrong he belittled me and disrespected me in front of Customers telling me he didn't know and it's not like he's got to be able to read the future. Very shocked at his response back to me and Beyond inappropriate unprofessional behavior. Not only is this place overpriced and dirty they have the most rudest customer service managers I have ever had the unpleasant experience of interacting with! RUN!

I honestly would give zero stars if I could. I went in yesterday for some food as I proceeded to the register the bagger was eyeing me so directly made me uncomfortable. Then as I put my stuff down the cashier started eyeing me so oddly and taking to the bagger. She should greet me and say hi; instead she started shaking her head at me ,she continues starting at me and making expressions and having a conversation with the bagger so awkward. They should respect people especially customers not make them feel weird for no reason.

4 stars because things are a bit pricier than where I typically shop. Market Basket, Hannaford & Wegmans are almost always cheaper across the board and can offer some of the same selection. That being said, this star market's selection is very good. I value plant-based and organic options and it has plenty. I cannot say the same about some Market Baskets and Hannafords. Wegmans though has everything and is more affordable. Staff is solid, place is clean, and I'm happy to shop here. The app for coupons is also pretty good. It usually discounts whatever it is that you buy. Very generous. Good job yall.

Open late, which is helpful, the meat was a little scarce. I don't usually go here for my grocery shopping, but needed a few things and was glad for the late hours

This is one of my favorite Star markets. The store is rarely busy and always has the sale items. Recently I used the pharmacy here for my COVID booster. The pharmacist wrote out a new covid card and transferred all my other COVID vaccine information to the new card.o was pleasantly surprised.

Decent store. Selection was good. Checkout was fast. Friendly staff. Deli is good but getting someone to help is not easy.
