Worst service ever ! Ordered fish and shrimp. After paying for 2 meals I was told they were out of fish and would the regular shrimp be ok. I said It’s ok. I will have the chicken. She then said we are out of fish and chicken all we have is the regular size shrimp. I didn’t want that. But I said ok. She then handed me a box already made with 6 small shrimp overcooked and extremely hard fries. This was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I wasn’t offered a refund. The place is nasty and the service was horrible. Do not recommend

Service is ok. No LJS products were available. I do like the cheese shell chalupa. Crunch on employees in this industry, I feel for them.

The worst taco bell I've ever pulled into. The service is trash. The building is ugly. The parking lot needs repaved. Overall this location should be demolished and the owners should be thrown in debtors prison for all the time they've wasted of the general public. Features: Staff didn't follow any Covid safety practices, let alone general food safety practices. The board of health should take a tour of the facility.

This has been a long time favorite of mine!, Just stop in and quickly grab some fairly decent knockoff Mexican food.. . Usually it's a little bit salty, but there's a reason for it ! Some of the menu items have a sodium warning, so do be careful ! I have found that the rice burritos or the bean burritos are less of a danger than the beef ones, whether it's shredded beef or ground beef.. . The new favorite of mine is the rice burrito and you can have them add lettuce tomatoes and all sorts of stuff! Good stuff. Thank you so much Taco Bell

By far the most slacker and unprofessional restaurant ive ever been to. Seriously these workers are a total embarassment, theyre too stupid to squirt beef into a taco shell. 35 minutes to wait behind 2 other people. Happened on 3 occasians for doordash. I cant even understand how someone can be so slow and so bad at their jobs. They were telling people behind me they are only serving doordash, no ordering taking through the window. The main entrance is always locked with no sign. These people are inept.

The line is always slow no matter if it's long or short. I waited about 30 mins and there were only 2 or 3 cars in front of me. There is always an issue.

I ordered the seafood platter and their was a Doritos Locos taco in it and there was barely any fish. I complained to the manager Dustin and he refused to fix the issues and was very rude and kicked me out of the store.

Went to Long John Silver's for the very first time today (Saturday 3/26) First off... the inside was not open, it was drive thru only? Ok whatever. ... Sat in the drive up lane forever.... finally got up to the speaker... started to put our order in ONLY to be told Long John's isn't open today, only taking Taco Bell orders???? what???? This is the first and LAST time I will be coming here.... UGH....do better Long John Silver's.... VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru to find out all Long John Silvers staff was fired and only serving Taco Bell. And they are not allowed to post any sign saying not available. Horrible customer service. Do not go there

Dustin the manager at 1:49 pm 9/25/3021 is so disrespectful and shouldn't be a manager. How do you curse on the intercom? He shouldn't he w manager. He's unprofessional. Shame on Long John Silver. I see why your rating is so low. I'm spending my money and shouldn't be treated or talked to disrespectfull.
